Technology Requirements

Region 7 ESC education preparation program integrates technology for communication, form submission, and coursework. All candidates MUST have a personal email address, daily access to a computer, and high-speed Internet. A mobile phone or tablet will not meet this requirement.

Recommend requirements:

• High-speed Internet connection with an Internet speed of 512kbps
• Personal computer five years old or newer with at least 1GB of RAM and Windows 7 or higher or MacOS X 10.9 or higher
• Web browsers such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari with the latest update
• Adobe Acrobat Reader, the most recent version
• Word Processing such as Microsoft Word 2010 or higher or Google Docs
• Webcam, either internal or external
