Documentation Requirements
The following will be included in each candidate's file:
- Application Requirements.
- Completion of a minimum of 300 clock hours of coursework with at least 30 field-based experience hours.
- Completion of remediation tasks, if necessary.
- Completion of all documentation/assignments required during the internship.

Appropriate documentation if an internship of up to 30 days less than the minimum due to maternity leave, military leave, illness, or late hire date.
- Approval for certification from the principal, their designee, and the field supervisor.
